First Visit
In order to make your first visit go as smoothly as possible, we ask patients to please note the following;
- Please bring a copy of your referral with you
- Please bring your medicare/DVA card, and any pension or concession cards
- Please bring an up to date list of your current medications, (or the Webster pack insert)
- Please allow up to an hour for your initial visit, and please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete any administrative matters
- Ideally bring a friend or relative with you to help remember the details of the consultation later
